The LIFECITRUS project visits the BASQUE CULINARY CENTER

Last July, our project visited the Basque Culinary Center (BCC) to announce its progress and establish synergies.

During the visit the facilities of the center located in the city of San Sebastian could be visited and a meeting was organized with personnel from the area of development of new products to address the novelty of the new ingredient elaborated and its application in different foods. In addition, future partnerships between the LIFECITRUS project partners and the BCC were taken into account.
