LIFECITRUS approaches the business world through meetings planned to promote knowledge of the process and the application of the new ingredient in the development of novel foods.
On November 15 of this year a working meeting was organized at the headquarters of the FEDSERV partner in Rome. In this meeting, the project partners were able to present their progress to international companies and learn first-hand about the needs of companies for the replicability of the LIFECITRUS process.
