Last November 10 we did not miss any opportunity and the LIFECITRUS project approached the citizens in the Week of Science and Technology of the Region of Murcia.

The LIFECITRUS Workshop at the hands of the National Technological Center for Food and Agriculture and AGROFOOD showed that by-products should be considered a valuable raw material for the development of new foods.
